At eFrames, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time across India.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive order confirmation once your order is placed successfully.


2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • Promotional free shipping (if offered) will be clearly mentioned on the website.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.

  • You can track your order using the provided tracking link.


5. Address & Delivery Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses.

  • eFrames is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details.


6. Delayed or Failed Delivery

  • In case of delays caused by courier partners, we will assist in follow-up but are not liable for extended delays.

  • If an order is returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.


7. Damaged Shipments

  • If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.


8. Serviceable Locations

  • We currently ship across most locations in India.

  • Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
